The experience was unexpectedly great! I really enjoyed it. During the session I felt very reconnected to my power, which I have been feeling separate from, and had quite a “journey” experience. That was the most beautiful breathwork session ever for me. Overall I felt a deep sense of harmony and quietness afterwards. I experienced deep peace and connectedness. Breathwork is holding me through what is a volatile time for me, it’s been a blessing. I had a really breakthrough week after our session. It was magical and restorative.

I immediately recognised how it could not only enhance the benefits of coaching but also stand alone as an invaluable resource in its own right.
Coaching tends to support you primarily at a mental level. Breathwork operates at the physiological level. This means that you can gain realisations, strength, release, understanding, clarity and healing without even consciously knowing that you need it!
And an exquisite combination of coaching and breathwork can lead to magical results.
I was a little apprehensive beforehand but Kim put me at ease. The whole experience exposed some deeply embedded issues and with Kim’s help and guidance I was able to explore and resolve these in a safe and understanding way. Afterwards I felt relaxed yet full of energy and as though I had released a lot of burdens.
The breathwork session with Kim exceeded my expectations, I was surprised by how much I got out of it. Brilliant work. I felt quite emotional but in a releasing way. Afterwards I got a great sense of peace and acceptance from it and feeling everything will work out whatever happens.
There are various ways in which you can experience breathwork with me.
FREE
My regular breathwork circles held at The Heart Centre in rural Herefordshire are open to all within travelling distance. These offer breath awareness and an introduction to conscious breathing. They also incorporate gentle movement for enhanced results. A modest donation is requested.
I also run free online introductory masterclasses from time to time.
LOW COST
I run group conscious connected breathwork sessions in person and online. If you would like a taste of what breathwork involves, you are welcome to join one of my ‘stand alone’ sessions which happen from time to time. For a more in-depth experience, you can subscribe to my breathwork packages of 6 or 12 x weekly sessions.
EXCLUSIVE
For a personalised offering, you’ll probably prefer a private 1:1 breathwork experience. Sessions can be conducted online or in person. They may be taken as a single stand-alone session or a package of 6 or 12 x weekly sessions. See below for gift certificate options.

I really enjoy taking time for me at Kim’s breathwork circles. They provide an opportunity to take a break from life and reflect inwards on breathing.
Being part of this group makes it much easier than trying to do it on my own. I can draw on these techniques when I need it in my day to day life, which I’ve found really useful.
I was fortunate enough to experience a deep conscious connected breathing session, it definitely released some very deep emotions and was a powerful process.
It’s a very supportive space and I’d encourage anyone who’s interested to give it a try.

At my Breathwork Circle, I open the space to facilitate breath awareness and an introduction to conscious breathing for a group of like-hearted folk. It’s relaxed, informal and low-key.
We breathe naturally without thinking about it, but imagine using your breath to improve all aspects of your mental and physical health and wellbeing! When you become conscious to your breath, you can access this free resource at any time. The more you practise, the more readily you can drop into conscious breathing when you need it. This circle provides an opportunity to learn, experiment, practise and share with others in an intimate group. All are welcome!
I introduce different breathing techniques that can be used in various situations. You have the opportunity to try them out and if anyone wishes to share we’ll discuss what we each experienced.
Some people come to give themselves ‘me time’ and relax or seek relief from anxiety. Others like to use their breath for a deeper enquiry. There is no ‘one size fits all’. The common thing that brings us together is a curiosity to discover the benefits of breathing in a more conscious way. If you have something specific you’d like to explore, let me know!

I know my breathing has become erratic and can make me anxious and the breathwork circle was a way to work on this in beautiful and relaxed surroundings. BREATHE-ABILITY: a 6-week programme
Join me for BREATHE-ABILITY, a 6-week breathwork experience that will help you improve your breathing skills and enhance your overall wellbeing.
Inspired by the amazing feedback after my recent experience facilitating breathwork every day at a business retreat in Portugal (see the photo above), I have designed this programme to help you learn to breathe properly, reduce stress, and increase your energy levels to support and enhance your relaxation and resourcefulness.
OUTCOMES:
If you fully participate in this programme, you can expect two outcomes:
Firstly, an enhanced awareness of self, the way you uniquely breathe, and what that teaches you about yourself and your habitual patterns. You will receive a series of short breathing practices to help you maintain this awareness on a daily basis and cultivate a regular practice. This practice will lead to the ability to relax at will and enhanced mental and physical wellbeing.
Secondly, an immersive experience with the breath once a week during the programme. I will guide you into a conscious connected breathing rhythm. Your body and your breath will conspire to offer you any or all of the following: valuable insights, realisations, inspiration, clarity, enhanced creativity, intuitive wisdom, decision-making, healing, emotional release, deep relaxation, an overall sense of wellbeing, integration and more. Your breath will assist the meeting of your body’s needs and the unfurling of your body’s wisdom without the need for conscious thought.
STRUCTURE:
The current programme runs for 6 weeks, four times a year. I’m reviewing this at the moment, so the exact structure might change.
There are three aspects to the programme:
1. A guided daily practice
I release a short (5 – 10 minute) video every Monday morning that guides you through a particular breathing exercise, meditation technique, or relaxation practice. Because we all get better through practice, you can use the video in your own time each day throughout that week if you’d like to nurture and integrate it as a daily practice.
2. A weekly deep-dive session
Every Friday evening at 18:00 – 19:30 (UK time), I will hold a live conscious connected breathwork session for the whole group. For privacy, safety and confidentiality reasons, these sessions are not recorded.
3. Our online community
You’ll have the opportunity to connect with the other participants in our private online community, where you can share your experiences and celebrate with each other.

I have found that some people are a little sceptical that breathwork can yield dramatic results such as some of those mentioned here on this page. The truth is that it absolutely can! And not every session is the same. Even for a seasoned breathworker, the breathwork you do today will hold a different experience from the breathwork you do next time. Your body’s wisdom knows what you need.
For this reason, I always ask people to let go of their expectations before we start a session. Breathwork is more about releasing than trying to control. What shows up for you in a session might be surprising! But it will be just what you need.
I actually enjoyed it even more than I thought I would. Afterwards I felt calmer, reflective and connected to myself. Kim has a wonderful demeanour and soothing calm voice when talking us through the session.
I was tired before the session but I got very deeply relaxed almost like a deep hypnosis. I was away in another world! I really enjoyed the session.
A FREE BREATHING VIDEO FOR YOU
Even a single stand alone ‘conscious connected breathwork’ session can bring extraordinary results. I have also observed that SOME people who are new to breathwork seem to benefit so much more from a series of sessions than a single session….. Why is this? Part of the reason might be these things:
We are creatures of habit and when we do something outside our normal routine:
– our rational mind usually wants to know and understand what is going on. This can make it harder to relax into it
– it can take time to settle into the specific breathing techniques that are used
– our unconscious is resistant to the thing that threatens to disrupt the familiar
– when we try a new technique, as is true with anything in life, it takes practice to get good at it

MY CREDENTIALS
I began my breathwork training journey in 2017 with Dan Brulé, one of the world’s foremost breathwork pioneers. I have spent several weeks with him in person over a period of years, absorbing and practising his profound teachings.
In 2021 I also qualified as a ‘conscious connected breathing’ facilitator with Integrative Breath after a rigorous seven-month programme conducted live online (due to the pandemic) and culminating in an intense immersive week of in person assessments, live in Glastonbury.
