REFUND POLICY
My work with my clients is a ‘collaboration’ which I take seriously. I am committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason, please email kim@kim-parker.com to raise any concerns and I will do my best to work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction. My refund policy is based on fairness for you AND me.
ONE TO ONE OR GROUP COACHING, BREATHWORK OR INTUITIVE SESSIONS
This applies to one-off sessions and sessions that are taken on a rolling basis with no fixed term.
Once sessions are scheduled, I hold those times/dates in my diary exclusively for you. This means that they are not available for anyone else, and I organise my diary around those sessions.
Because of this, the following apply:
i. If you do not attend, your session will be forfeited (no refund payable). If there are exceptional circumstances, I may be able to offer you an alternative date at my sole discretion, provided my diary allows.
ii. I understand that, on occasion, you might need to reschedule a booked session due to circumstances beyond your control. This is to be the exception, not the rule. If you unavoidably need to rearrange a session, please give me as much notice as possible (a minimum of five working days) in advance before the scheduled time. If my diary allows, I will reschedule but if not, the session will be forfeited (no refund payable).
iii. If you arrive late for a session, your session will still end at the scheduled time (no credit given or refund payable, despite you receiving a shorter than normal session).
iv. Once sessions are taken, no refund will be given.
v. In the (unusual) event that I need to cancel or postpone a booked session, I will contact you at the earliest opportunity to reschedule the session. No refund will be given.
vi. If you wish to terminate a rolling arrangement (typically a monthly recurring coaching arrangement), one month’s written notice is required. No refunds are given in relation to sessions booked and paid for during that month, whether or not they are taken, and you remain liable for the full unpaid balance relating to that month. Our final session together will be a formal completion session, in service to you.
PROGRAMMES
This applies to coaching, training, mentoring or breathwork Programmes or Packages that are stated to be for a minimum fixed term or a specific number of sessions or a particular learning outcome.
Once the Programme or Package has started, no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation by the participant (or sponsor) at any time during the Programme or Package, the participant (or sponsor) remains liable for the full unpaid balance of the agreed price of the Programme or Package.
EVENTS (such as self-contained weekend retreats)
When you buy a place on one of my events, you may use the ticket yourself or, if you are unable to attend, you may gift your ticket to a suitable alternative person PROVIDED you get my prior approval in writing. It is vital that my approval is given and that I assess the suitability of a proposed alternative attendee in advance, due to the nature of my events.
In order to assess their suitability I will normally need to speak directly with the alternative attendee. It is your responsibility to ensure that the alternative attendee’s contact details are given to me promptly so that I may speak to them. Whether or not that person actually attends, your place will be deemed to have been used.
In exceptional circumstances, and at my sole discretion, I may offer you (once only) a transfer onto the next available comparable event, if any. For events where there is no additional future date planned, there are no refunds.
If you do not attend an event onto which you have booked, and do not agree with me in advance that someone else may attend in your place, your place is deemed to have been used and no refund will be given.
