Kim Parker has adopted the following privacy policy as part of my commitment to protect any personal information which you may provide to me through this website or by any other means.

During our work together, it will be necessary to hold some personal data (on paper or electronically) about you. Your confidentiality is important to me and I recognise the need to treat any personal data I hold in an appropriate and lawful manner.

How I collect information from you and what information I collect
I collect information about you from your:
- Coaching/breathwork/training/intuitive session/retreat application
- Coaching/breathwork/training/intuitive session/retreat participation agreement
- Sign-up to my website, newsletter or downloads
- Sign-up to my social media platforms
- Sessions with me
I collect the minimum amount of data required for our work together. I will collect some or all of the following data about you:
- name, e-mail address, telephone number, Date of Birth, address, Skype address and other contact details
- Payment Card details
- Details revealed during sessions with me
Why I need this information about you and how it will be used
I need your information and will use it to:
- Undertake and perform my obligations and duties to you in accordance with the terms of our working agreement;
- Enable me to supply you with the services and information which you have requested;
- Analyse the information I collect so that I can administer, support and improve and develop my business and the services I offer;
- Contact you to send you details of any changes to my services which may affect you;
- Notify you of products or services that I believe may be of interest to you;
- Carry out all other purposes consistent with the proper performance of my operations and business.
Sharing of Your Information
The information you provide to me will be treated by me as confidential and will be processed only by me or third parties, acting on my behalf, within the UK/EEA. I may disclose your information to other third parties who act for me for the purposes set out in this notice or for purposes approved by you, including the following:
- If I enter into a joint venture with or merge with a business entity, your information may be disclosed to my new business partners or owners;
- To gain services that will support you in your development if you have given such consent in your working agreement;
- Confidentially, to seek guidance from my own coach/mentor with a view to improving my services and/or supporting you.
Unless required to do so by law, I will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to me without your consent.
Transfers outside the UK and Europe
Your information will only be stored in the UK, EEA or other location that is GDPR compliant.
Security
When you give me information I take steps to make sure that your personal information is kept secure and safe.
- On paper – in a secure office or lockable drawer/cabinet
- Electronically – on a computer or service with a passcode known only to me
- Stripe Online Payment System – card details are not retained by or accessible to me
How long I will keep your information?
I will only hold your personal data for as long as is reasonable for our work together, or as required by law (I may be legally required to hold some types of information), or as set out in any relevant agreement I have with you.
Your Rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Ask for a copy of the information about you held by me in my records;
- Require me to correct any inaccuracies in your information;
- Make a request to me to delete what personal data of yours I hold; and
- Object to receiving any marketing communications from me
